About Lokalish
Lokalish by iamTirzah is a curated travel and destination experiences company based in Curaçao, specializing in personalized itineraries, curated experiences, and destination hosting.
Every journey we create is thoughtfully designed, locally informed, and tailored around the way you travel.
Lokalish by iamTirzah is registered with the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce under KVK number 147013.
Use of This Website
The content on this website, including text, photography, design elements, itineraries, concepts, and branding, belongs to Lokalish unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its functionality or the experience of other visitors.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings and requests are subject to availability.
Payment schedules, deposits, and applicable fees will be communicated directly during the planning process or as part of your proposal.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Lokalish does not store credit card or payment information on its own servers.
A transaction fee of 6.25% applies to payments made by credit card.
Prices are shown in US Dollars unless stated otherwise, and include applicable taxes unless noted. While we take care to keep pricing and availability accurate, occasional errors may occur, and Lokalish reserves the right to correct these before a booking is confirmed.
Payment should be made directly to Lokalish. Paying a third-party supplier directly does not fulfill your payment obligation to Lokalish, unless agreed otherwise in writing in advance.
If full payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Lokalish reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Itinerary Access
Personalized itineraries provided through Lokalish remain accessible online for 30 days following your travel dates, unless otherwise agreed.
After this period, access may expire and itinerary content may no longer be available.
Third-Party Services
Certain elements of your experience may be delivered through carefully selected third-party providers, including:
• Accommodation partners
• Transportation providers
• Activity operators
• Local guides and hosts
• Reservation platforms
• Payment and itinerary delivery tools
While Lokalish carefully curates these partnerships, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our direct control, including vendor changes, delays, cancellations, operational issues, or weather-related disruptions.
When Lokalish arranges tours, activities, or reservations delivered by third-party suppliers, Lokalish acts as a booking coordinator and is not the operator of these services. Participation in supplier-provided activities is at your own risk and subject to that supplier’s own guidelines. Lokalish is not liable for damages, costs, or losses resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
Travel Considerations
Travel involves inherent risks and unforeseen circumstances.
While every effort is made to design seamless and enjoyable experiences, Lokalish cannot accept responsibility for injury, illness, loss, delays, damage, or expenses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Weather conditions
• Transportation delays
• Flight disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Actions or omissions by third-party suppliers
Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Intellectual Property
All itineraries, written content, concepts, photography, and original materials created by Lokalish remain the intellectual property of Lokalish by iamTirzah.
Custom itineraries are designed exclusively for the guest they were prepared for and may not be resold, redistributed, copied, or commercially reproduced.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Changes to These Terms
Lokalish reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
The most recent version will always be published on this page, indicated by the “Last updated” date shown above.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao.
